Telok Blangah - Part One

These two pots of plants are the beginning of my new posting of Telok Blangah Housing Estate. I was there with hubby clearing some stuff of my in laws's flat. They have both passed away last year and this will be our last trip here.

These two flower pots are placed in a small balcony outside the flat. The area is so windy as it was facing the sea and Sentosa. The flat has a very nice view. I will talk about it in tomorrow post.

I will also show the surrounding area in Telok Blangah Housing Estate. The series will probably end with skywatch Friday. Some of you might like to know how the average Singaporean lives, so please come back for the Telok Blangah Series. :)

Hi Alice,

That pott of aloe vera looks like one of the many pots I had before I left Singapore. Do you use it? Very good to apply on burns.

What is the other plants?

What are you doing with the apt? give it to one of your boys?

Cheers,

Ann

I just cant recall the name of the plant. I think it is "hai tong" or something like that. It has pink flower. Oh those palnts belong to the neighbour of my in laws.

The apt dont belong to me and it will be sold and shared by many siblings of hubby. It is a small studio flat-one room one hall (for two old folks), dont worth very much. The proceeds of the flat wont make us rich...lol.

I think I have the photo of the flat, I got to find it, you can see it is very small by Singapore Standard.
