Singapore Zoo - Proboscis Monkey

Proboscis monkeys are found mostly in freshwater swamp forests of Borneo. Males have a distinctive feature – a pendulous nose that is believed to help resonate their calls and also as an attraction to females. The dominant male always has the largest nose. Often, the nose is so big that the male will need to push it aside while feeding. (Source: Singapore Zoo )
