Painting and Redecoration Works at HDB Apartment

From the view of my brother's flat I could these workers doing the painting work on the opposite block of flats. It is a very dangerous job for the painters even though they have safety belts, etc.

These are HDB flats which majority of Singaporean lived in. Every 5 years the town council would repaint and redecorate the estates.

For more information on the public housing in Singapore, you could see from here.

that's a job that i would like to try. just for the sake of trying and having that experience. because it's when you try it that you'll appreciate it more and the people doing it.

Painting every 5 years?
That's good policy.

That scaffold looks a little crooked to me! I don't think you would get me out there, even with a harness!
