Quiz No. 3

Another quiz for those interested. :)
Look at the above photo, there are four men carrying placards at the road junction in South Korea. Guess what are they doing.
Clue: They are not part of a protest demonstrations. They are being punished. What are they being punished for? For littering, speeding, fighting, stealing? Go ahead and guess unless you can read the korean language on the placards of the crime they did...hehehe.
Answer will be revealed on Thursday or earlier if there are a lot of correct answers. Have fun.
The answer is out. See here.

Since its all men, I would say they are guilty of not paying child support.

I don't know why they have been punished, but one thing is sure, you'll never see such a scene in France, nobody would accept it!
So, I'm very curious to know the reason...

Oh la la in South Korea people are punished this way! I don't think it would be possible to do that in France, lol, it would be so funny; They carry placards only on street demonstrations, French are always complaining just about anything.
My try: spitting in the street.

for being naughty in traffic? if so, in RO we should all wear such placards :))! or for crossing the street in the wrong place, not on the zebra? your quizes are fun!

Ha Ha Ha...those guys really deserve the punishment for driving under the influence of alcohol! I wish they would do that here too. But on some other more rampant crimes. It'd be pretty embarrassing to have your colleagues and friends or even strangers seeing one standing by the street with a placard during peak traffic hours!
