My World Tuesday - School is out
School is out and time for the kids to have much fun at the playground. While mummy goes shopping, the kids can have fun at the playground at Vivo City. This week is the school holiday for the kids. It is just only a short one week school holiday. Looking forward to the year end long school holiday from November to December for secondary school kids and mid November to December for primary school kids.
Wanted to bring my little niece for a movie but there isn't any nice movie to watch.

Skywatch Friday - Bugis Junction
As mentioned, Bugis Junction was converted from old shophouses. A glass roof was added to connect the shophouses and the best thing was whenever it rained, shoppers wont get wet walking around the streets. The streets are now tiled beautifully. You wont noticed that it was once a street.
Part of the Intercontinental was converted from shophouses too. The taller building of the hotel was added.
My grandparents used to stay in these old shophouses in another district. They too had similar windows like the above photo of the old shophouses.
For other sky watchers, please hop over to Skywatch Blog.

Bugis Junction
Finally I made another trip to Bugis Junction. We are so spoilt with so many choices with so many shopping malls in shopping paradise Singapore...lol. It could take me months before I revisit the same mall.
Bugis Junction is originally some old shophouses but now converted to a shopping mall. You can view my older post on Bugis Junction. There are some very cozy and nice restaurants at Bugis Junction where we could eat our food and enjoyed chatting with friends or just watch the day goes by.
Bugis Junction is famous for these little kiosks which sold very cute stuffs and souvenirs.
