This is the biggest fountain in the world and it is located in Suntec City.
During certain times of the day, we can get to go in and walked round the smaller fountain in the centre. We should walked round three times in clockwise direction and touching the water for luck.
The fountain of wealth is a symbol of wealth and life.
A short video showing the fountain.

PC Show at Suntec City
The PC show is in its 20th year of holding the exhibition. Every year, it did not fail to attract buyers to their show. Almost every year, we bought something from PC Show. Last year, we got a laptop for eldest son.
I just came back from the PC show, almost bought the desktop computer for myself but because the price agreed earlier to me was withdrawn, just because I went one floor down to compare prices ...lol. The $50 discount is gone cause they have a window period. So I was so fed up and decided to go back tomorrow (being the last day of the show). It is not because of the $50 but it was because the sales guy did not mention about the window period that I was so fed up. I am very stubborn too and refuses to give in. I rather get a more expensive PC than give in to a lousy sales guy...tsk tsk.
Normally, the prices will slashed down further on the last day of the show. Hopefully, I get my PC...hahaha.
Products being sold at a good price at certain time of the day.

Niece's 21st Birthday
It was my niece's 21st birthday. We had a small party by the pool under a not very shiny moonlight. Good thing the weather is good and it did not rain.
While sitting by the poolside, I looked up and saw the half moon and I used my camera to zoom on it. My siblings were surprised that the moon looked so big in my camera...lol. This is the first time they saw anyone taking photo of the moon...hahaha.
The youngsters did a good job decorating the place, really looked like a beach party. The put a lot of little candles around the place and also with some flowers. It was supposed to be a beach party and the teens were very sporting to wear bikinis ...hahaha.
The older folks however are not so sporting, we wear tee shirts and jeans...lol. For my son's 21st birthday, I think I will be a pirate or a witch hahahaha.

A day out to the movie
Brought my little niece to the movie. No prize for guessing which movie we watch.
Nowadays, our cinemas are not the stand alone building. They are located in malls and each cinema has a few cinemas halls in them and we can watch different movies in a day unlike in the past. Once I watch two different movies in a day, it was fun but tiring...lol.
Okay, I did not watch the 3D version cause I will get migraine if I watch 3D for too long.
Even before we watch the movie, we have to spend money on food....lol. Niece love the popcorn and I love the nachos.

My World Tuesday - Shunfu Estate - Part 4 - Plants
Walking around the estate, I could spot those residents living on the ground floor, growing lots of plants. That's one advantage of staying on the ground floor.
These are HDB flats and about 80% of the population stay in these type of flats. They are known as public housing but they dont come cheap. They are in six figures and some are even more expensive than private condominium if they are located near MRT station, amenities and mall. The value of a four room flat (about 100 sq m) can cost about half a million dollars if they are purchased from the open market.
It is cheaper if one bought direct from HDB (housing development board) and they cost about $290,000 for a new four room flat (about 90 sq m) depending on which housing estate they are in. We are allowed to purchase direct from HDB flat twice only and we need to pay a sales levy if we purchased the second flat direct from HDB. (The figure $290,000 is based on a built to order flat that my hubby's nephew bought. Built to order means the flat are all ready except for furniture/cabinets , you just paint and can shift in.)
Most of the plants are grown in pots, they cant grow on the soil cause that's public property.
