Looney Tunes at Plaza Singapura

These photos taken during the June school holiday. I brought my niece for a movie and happen to know there's a show by Looney Tunes. Oh I love Bugs Bunny. I was so excited that I brought my niece to watch the show.

But I am wondering why I am more excited than niece about Bugs Bunny...lol. I guess I am still young at heart. Hmm...so this give me the excuse not to bring niece to Universal Studio Singapore in future...hahaha. Planning to go to Universal Studio Singapore later part of the year as some of the attractions are not ready yet. I want to make my money worth...hahaha.
Being the football season, Bugs Bunny is the goal keeper while the kids get to throw the ball into the net.

Some short videos on Looney Tunes Characters in action.

The Versatile Blogger

Today I got an award from Autumn Belle but I realised I also got the same award from CC just last month...lol. So thank you to Autumn Belle, here is the award that I got earlier.

Yayyyy, another award from CC of Lacenribbonroses.

I am supposed to tell seven things about myself.

1. I love reading and viewing CC's blog, she has a lot of beautiful and nice crafts.
2. I am so very afraid of being alone in the dark...lol.
3. I love collecting keychains from all over the world.
4. I wish I have more time to do some crafts.
5. I love taking photos of things around me that interests me.
6. Love gatherings with family members.
7. Love to explore new shopping mall, not necessary to shop but window shop is also very ideal.

Thank CC for the award.

Skywatch - Financial District

This is the view from The Helix Bridge. The buildings are all in the financial district.

The sky looked clear and healthy and not polluted. The platform on the right of the photo will be the opening ceremony for the coming Youth Olympic Games in August.

Did you spot The Merlion in the background?

For other sky watchers, please hop over to Skywatch blog.

My World Tuesday - The Helix Bridge

Last week, I introduced the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort. You can see the hotel in the background. From where I am standing, it is the entrance of The Helix Bridge which you can see on the left of the photo. The bridge connected directly to the resort.

This is the world first double helix curved bridge. It is about 280 metre long and the whole bridge looked like a DNA double helix. The steel tubes form the minor and major helix that spiral in opposite directions. At night the bridge will be illuminated and will be very beautiful. I will come another day during the night and take more photos.

The bridge is not fully covered. So you need an umbrella if it rains. But the walk across the bridge takes only about 10 minutes. But most take longer as they try to admire the bridge and the surrounding scenery.

At the side of the bridge are several such balcony.

Lots of steel were used to make this bridge.
