Sky watch-Cable Cars To Mount Faber

Yes, Yes, I am so much better now. Thanks to all my fellow bloggers for your concern and well wishes. So come with me today for a top of the world feeling at Mount Faber. :) Mount Faber is not a mountain despite the "mount". It is only a hill about 105 metres in high. Singapore is generally a very flat piece of land and no mountains except for some hills.

This is the cable car station at Harbour Front. You could take the cable car to Sentosa or to Mount Faber.

A closer look at the cable cars from where I was standing.

This is the Mount Faber station where the cable car is heading.

I am standing at the top of Mount Faber, which had a very good bird eye view of south of Singapore and Sentosa. I will post more photos of Mount Faber in later post.

Nature in Singapore

Hi my fellow bloggers,

My blog are mostly photos of the city and its surroundings. I am not one who would walked right into the seabed to take photos of sea creatures, etc...lol.

I leave that to the young bloggers to share these amazing photos of nature in Singapore.

Please visit this lovely blog on nature of Singapore.

I am sick

I guessed all the fun merry making at K box and the K-box's too cold air conditioning made me sick...lol . Will be out of action for a while. It is just a bad flu.

K Box - Karaoke

Today is Father's Day. Here wishing all dads around the world a very Happy Father's Day. Well my siblings and myself and our families celebrate father's day at K box singing karaoke. The teenagers suggested this outing to celebrate father's day for our husbands and my brother (their dads).

But I guess the teenagers (my nieces and sons are hogging the microphone instead of us....lol). The next time only the adults will go K box, not fair we only sing a few songs...hahaha.

The karaoke package comes with meals. I have more photos of the food at K box, you can view them in my food blog. For more information on the prices, you can view their website.

This is all the mess we left after all the singing and eating and drinking.

We then had a sumptuous seafood dinner at a local restaurant. We enjoyed outselves so much and we looked forward to the next gathering.

Skywatch-The Singapore Flyer

This is not the wheels of a bicycle. If you looked closely at the top right corner, you could see the capsule of The Singapore Flyer. Yes, it is part of The Singapore Flyer, those metal frames that hold all those tiny capsules. (Tiny from the ground view). The capsules are air conditioned.

You could learn more about the Singapore Flyer from my previous post.

Closer look at the capsules.
