Singapore Botanic Garden - Celebrity Garden

Inside the Orchid Garden (admission fee of S$5 is required, S$1 students, senior citizens, free for children (below 12 years), is also the celebrity garden. The orchid species were specially breed and named after visiting royals and celebrities.

Princess Diana was supposed to visit Singapore but was not so cause of her sudden death. The orchid was specially breed and named after her for her visit.

Very famous South Korean Actor Bae Yong Jun had orchids named after him too.

Our very own famous local singer Stefanie Sun, the orchid really suit her.

There are more orchids named after celebrity and royals.

Singapore Botanic Garden - Cool House

This is the first time I visited the cool house in Botanic Garden. The best part was it was airconditioned hahaha.

Love how the climbers climbed its way around.

Looked so misty and eerie in here - as if some kind of animal will suddenly jumped out of the bushes hahaha.

Different types of carnivorous plants.

We were so excited to find the insect eating plants but they looked so small.

Singapore Botanic Garden - Beautiful Orchids

Really love taking photos of these orchids in Singapore Botanic Garden. They are really so beautiful and make me so cheerful.

This is our national flower. Vanda Miss Joaquim.

Dont really know the rest of the names of the orchids.

My favourite colour, purple. These orchids really have a place in my heart.

Looked like a girl dancing with her skirt swirling round and round.

Singapore Botanic Garden - Swan

I spotted a small bird sharing the lake with the swans.

I like this photo of the swan swimming behind some weed plants.
