Sentosa Flower Show 2012 - Dinoland

Dinoland in Sentosa, how many dinosaur topiaries can you spot.

Tomorrow will be the last day of Chinese New Year, I wondered if all these will be removed together with all the withered plants and flowers for the Sentosa Flower Show 2012.

Sentosa Flower Show 2012 - Flower Fairies

This section of the flower show is known as Flower Fairies. Seems like the fairies did a great job making all the flowers so colourful and cheerful.

Love the hibiscus flower, looked like a dancer swirling her skirt as she was dancing.

Sunflower seems so cheerful waiting for the bees.

Yellow signifies joy, hope, happiness, wealth, prestige and is a symbol of courage and friendship.

I love the purple flowers, they looked like lavenders but they are not.
Purple often used to denote royalty, power, wisdom, luxury, and evokes feelings of romance and nostalgia.

Skywatch Friday - I Fly

A new attraction has already opened on Sentosa. I Fly is the world’s largest themed wind tunnel for indoor skydiving.

It looked so interesting to be able to fly in the air but not for me cause I think my old bones will all be shattered with the strong wind hahahaha. But I think my two sons will tried this new game.

A short video showing the instructors giving demonstrations.

Training in process.
Very easy to acess this new attraction, it is just beside the monorail beach station.

For other sky watchers, please hop over to Skywatch Blog.

Sentosa Flower Show 2012 - Beautiful flowers

Oh I love this section of the flower show. The bright and colourful flowers made me so cheerful.

Some imported peach blossoms planted on Sentosa for the flower show.

Had to tip toe and placed my camera above the flower for a close up shot.

Sentosa Flower Show 2012 - Spring Melodies

This part of the flower show was known as Spring Melodies.

The bird was decorated with many different colours and types of flowers.

These tulips were so beautiful. They were not planted here in Sentosa, Singapore but was imported from other countries and planted on Sentosa for the flower show.

Did you spot the bee (circled) in the above photo?
