ANSWER TO QUIZ NO. 3

Thanks for being so sporting to pariticipate in the fun quiz .

Yayyyy, the answer is out. The four men were punished by holding placards on the road junction for drunk driving.

    Ha ha ha, so funny, Ok now I understand why French people don't get the same punishment for this offense, or everybody will be in the streets with the same placard.
